D. Jeff Larkins is the founder and principal of Endeavor Law Corporation and a British Columbia solicitor with over 25 years' experience providing business and corporate finance law legal advice and services to corporations, partnerships and trusts (both privately owned and publicly traded) as well as the entrepreneurs, management and investors who create, build, manage and finance Canada's business and investment community .  ​Jeff sits on the board of directors on several not-for-profit societies and charitable foundations. Jeff has also been a speaker on venture finance panels and a guest lecturer at investment industry events. Before Endeavor Law, Jeff started his legal career at one of Canada's largest national firms before joining the partnership of a leading Vancouver boutique corporate finance firm.

Jeff obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree from the University of British Columbia (now the Sauder School of Business) in 1990 and his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Victoria in 1993. Jeff was called to the British Columbia bar in 1994 and is a member of The Law Society of British Columbia and Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch (Business Law Subsection).

Jeff is committed to amateur and community sports and volunteers as both a youth and men's league soccer coach.
